So, I got tired of buying new hand mixers (Hamilton Beach 6-Speed Hand Mixer) due to the gears wearing out. I contacted Hamilton and they said they don't sell the gears. After replacing two units (each lasting around 3-4 years) due to same gear failure as seen in attached photos, and with my new 3D Ender 3 printer, I decided to make my own gear replacements.
