MK3S MK2.5S Bear Extruder Filament Lid with Reverse Bowden Cap

This is a remix of pekcitron's bear extruder 0.7.0 filament lid to incorporate codiac2600's removable cap idea for a reverse bowden tube. I like codiac2600's removable cap for a reverse bowden because it's allows for easier maintenance (filament loading/unloading/cleaning filament/cold pulls etc.). This design uses a PC4-M6 fitting.
