This is a case for the Low Profile version of the Ice Tower Cooler for the Raspberry Pi 4.
It requires 8 m3 x 6mm or M3 x 8mm screws to assemble.
The board itself is not attached with any fasteners, it is help captive by protrusions on the inside of the case. It is designed to be used with only one set of the standoffs that come with the cooler (the ones between the Pi's PCB and the brackets for the cooler). The scre
