I really liked this enclosure design, but i wanted to mount it to 2020 extrusions so i added some mounting holes. I didn't like the big ventilation slots on the top cover, so i added ventilation slots in the bottom shell and added several different options. I wanted to use a 4020 fan to cool the enclosure so i made an option for that as well.

The walls in the original model are 2mm thick which is rigid enough for my application and probably for most applications, but it does have some flex.
