This thing is one possible cover to the Wemos Battery Box.

You can click-in an WEMOS-D1 Mini module as well as a small rocker switch (19.2mm x 6.8mm).
There is also space for the WEMOS battery shield. This can be stacked up via pin header.
For connecting the accu, the two solder points on the bottom of the shield are recommended to use.
I used to cut the 5V pin between battery controller and wemos and connected the switch in between.
