Webcam Mount Screw - Narrow Fit

I resized the base of the screw to fit into narrow gaps. Specifically, for the Ender 3 Webcam mount by user aallensd.

Print it nice and slow, I do 40mm/s overall speed (20mm/s wall speed) with cura for stuff like screws.
