Rockler Flexiport to small Festool port adapter

This is a remix of the 40mm hose to Festool small port adapter from https://www.thingiverse.com/Vince94520. This adapts the Festool port to the Rockler Flexiport Hose.

V5 is slightly larger (103%) to improve fit with festool port. It also has slightly thicker walls.
