Skr V1.3 mount with two 40mm cooling fans

A mount for the Bigtreetech Skr V1.3 3D printer control board. I'll be using it in my DIY 3D printer that I'll be releasing in the future but it should work for other printers as well.

The mounting holes are 86 and 70mm apart.
