Bltouch adapter for Tronxy X5SA

I upgraded the controller from the tronxy one to a Duet WIFI.

The top where the Bltouch attaches if offset to clear the X axis limit switch if needed.

I installed on the side where the inductive probe was mounted so there is no need to modify or print a new cover.

When installing, leave the Bltouch off and snug up the front screw to just where it is difficult to move and the other loose enough to slide it up and down as needed. Install the Bltouch and hook up as needed.(depends on if y
