Technomancer Adept Staff Broom Handle Connector

This is the final part needed to finish the staff head posted here:

I couldn't come up with a threaded connection to a broom handle in time, so i had to use this one I'm remixing from, so I'm keeping it separate for now.

NOTE: This design will need to change soon. I built one of these for some kids back here, and this version of the connector did not manage to hold onto the battery compartment cap with just epoxy holding it in.
