Tactical Spool Holder MK3 - Enclosure Top Mount

This spool holder mounts on a NATO (STANAG) rail and utilizes 608 bearings. After printing another design from here and noticing several areas I wanted to change, I decided to design my own from the ground up with AutoCAD and Fusion 360. Maybe not technically a remix, but I wanted to give credit for the initial design idea!
