wanted to add a 40mm fan to the top of my printer enclosure, so made a small mounting plate to screw it into.
printed this in ABS, as i mostly use ABS, but should work fine in any material.
bolts are m3 @ 20mm thread length as that's what fitted my enclosure, but use what suits your application.
