40mm Fan Cover

SummaryA basic 40mm fan cover based on elements of the LulzBot Logo. 3 designs, two kinds of covers, one with 4 holes and one with 2. The 4-hole cover is for the front fan, the 2-hole cover is for the sides. 10/5/16: Additional designs added, these haven't been tested yet. Original cover has a added .5mm cut on the inside of the cover to help prevent rubbing against the fan.
