40mm Fan Guard

I liked the design of the fan guard, I just didn't like it being screw mounted. I shaved the face so it lays flat for printing without supports and added pegs for mounting. This will push on and friction fit a standard M3 cap screw, so no need to removed fan mounting screws to install or remove.
