This is a fan mount for a 40mm fan with mounting holes spaced 32mm apart. It mounts to the mounting holes of "Greg's Extruder" and blows air on the Hot End below. It has a 10mm y-offset from the face of the extruder to the fan mounting plane, and a 15mm z-offset from the mounting holes in the extruder to the mounting holes for the fan.
