40mm fan support fot E3D V6

Updated version after the v1.0, smaller, infill always 30%, closer to the heatsink giving you stable air flux.

Be careful that the fan is always pushing out the heat. In case the fan is not fully working the PLA might get too hot and the support can melt. I also reccomend using a 12V 40mm connected directly to the PSU so you will get full performance
I will update the changelog in future trying other design, this is the first and works well in my situation. Hope you will be fine too
