40mm TEC Waterblock bracket

This is a bracket that will hold a 40mm TEC (thermoelectric cooler) module against a similarly sized aluminum waterblock, and allow the assembly to be screwed into a cold side plate. It is sized for #8 nylon screws, but you can change any of the parameters using OpenScad to edit the .scad file.
