Meat Presses 4 to 1 and 8 to 1

I wanted to make meat presses for burger and sausage, 1/4 pound and 1/8 pound size. (4 to 1, 8 to 1). These should not come in direct contact with food, but sandwich the meat between sheets of parchment paper and use the press from outside of that. Always sanitize surfaces that come in contact with raw meat for safety.
