Thrustmaster t16000m button to switch mod

This will allow you to replace the buttons in the base of the Thrustmaster t16000m joystick with toggle switches and a 5 way hat. This is not a beginners mod and you will need to do soldering on tiny connections. You will also need to cut away plastic from the joystick switch base and this is an irreversible modification. The hard part was creating these plastic bits though.
