PrinterMods Direct Drive Spacer for Dual Gear Drive Extruder

Needed a spacer for a Direct Drive Extruder kit, but also had a to get the proper spacer for a Dual Drive Gear Extruder. Never heard from the manufacture, and could not find one anywhere online, so created my own. Hope this helps someone else who needed one but could not find it.
