44mm Roll Bar Hanger

This is a 44mm roll cage mount I created for my Polaris General. It would probably fit on other cages, but you'd need to measure for that. We needed something to hold our goggle, headsets, etc, when we stopped for a break. I made it out of PETG. I used 6-32 stainless hardware for everything, as pictured. The tightening screws on the bottom threaded right into the PETG, but I did a couple of turns at a time per screw as to not torque the plastic while tightening. I included a file for a TPU gasket, if you need it. I made it long enough to run around the entire bar, but it turned out I only needed to go around one half. I didn't really need it at all, but the hanger was able to turn with a bit of force without it. I only used tree supports under the hinge parts that were not directly on the build plate. You should be able to slice the file as is and the supports will be there. I made 4 mounts, so their are 8 parts on the plate in total. Feel free to make as many as you need. Part
