UP! extruder modification 4, Recreus Hot end

I decided it was time to get rid of the all steel barrel in my hot end so it would be more reliable with PLA and I wanted to try the new flexible rubber like materials and the new Recreus hot end looked to be a relatively easy mod to make to my "UP Plus Pro"
