Jack'O Lantern rev 2

I was not happy with my first version.
This has a improved lid and I think the face
is better.
it does require support but the support is on the inside
so removal is not a big issue.
I used a emery board to clean up the edge of the lid
but it was a minimal effort.
vapor polishing for a shiny pumpkin sheen is a plus!
I added separated lid and bottom for those who want to print separately.
