486 CPU Replacement Heatsink Bracket

Replacement bracket for old 486 heatsink based on original part with minor optimization.

This design is optimized for PLA. I made the overhang on the clips shorter, so they won't snap when you press the heatsink in. They still hold it firmly.
It took a couple of revisions to make everything fit nicely.

Make sure to print with regular supports and remove any residue.
