A detailed 3D printable tribute to one of the most iconic high-revving engines.
Introduction
This project is based on an original 3D scan model of the Toyota 4A-GE 20V engine, sourced from:

Model Modification
The original scan model has been:
• Cleaned and remeshed
• Geometry corrected and simplified
• Surfaces refined for FDM printability
• Wall thickness adjusted
• Overhangs optimized
• Structural elements rebuilt
In addition, I redesigned and added:
• Separate intake trumpets
• Exhaust headers
• Display base
• Modular assembly structure
This is not a raw scan upload — it is a mechanically adapted and print-optimized version.
Printing
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Infill: 15–25%
Supports: recommended for exhaust headers
Material Recommendations:
• Silver filament for headers
• Black for cam cover
• White / Grey for block
Resin printing will provide higher detail if preferred.
