4in dust blast gate tee

This 4in dust tee is intended to be put on a main 4in SCH40 PVC pipe, and have the inlet connected to a 4in flex hose. similar to the picture. I designed this to be held together with M5 bolts, but I ended up screwing it together with some screws I had on-hand.
