I decided to design my version of the amazing FreeZillion 3 inch Racewhoop, but in 4 inch.
Thanks to FreeZillion (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4608171) for inspiring this project.
I've attached the full project from Fusion 360 if you want to modify something. The TPU Addons are the same from the original FreeZillion project.
My choice is to use a XING 2203.5 of 3600Kv (4s) for this 4 inch version. The props are HQPROP 4" 6 blades ducted: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mPbmNqx
Here are the printing instructions to print out the Ducts from FreeZillion:
Infill 5-8%
Dual infill lines
Connect infill lines
2 wall
Combing mode all
5 top layer
5 bottom layer
Grid infill
Temp 242°
Bed 60° with brim and PVA
Flowrate 105 infill and 110 wall
Print infill first
20mm print speed "on everything''
Retraction 8,5 and retraction speed 30
Mesch for motor mount 100% infill and connecting Points
Print the ducts on PCTPE (Taulman) or PA12CF15 (Nylon PA12 with 15% of Carbon Fib
