4U Panel with 7inch screen cutout

This should be compatible with any 7inch screen, however the mounting holes might be a bit off relative your specific screen mounting holes.You can, however just snap (click) the screen into the cutout. In fact I am not even using screws, the screen is held firmly by the edges of the cutout :)
