As I now fly small FPV racing quads I decided that I would try and print a smaller propeller for them. I hope you enjoy the result. So far they have been working well on my Diatone Tyrant 180. If you fine tune your printer then I am confident that these props will come off the print bed without needing to be balanced/sanded/reamed etc.
I have found that these print best with a large layer height and a slow print speed. I would recommend a print height of 0.3mm and a speed of 20-30mm/s. 100% infill is always best but I have found even a 20% infill works well. Also if you keep your nozzle temperature and bed temperature high then the props are stronger I have found.
I have been printing exclusively in PLA so far with great results. I have yet to try these in ABS or any other material but I am sure they would be fine.
If you're like me and you break a lot of props then 3D printing new ones is a cheap and quick way to get your quad back in the air. These aren't meant to be bett
