This is what I love about 3D printing. I searched the internet markets for something like this and could not find anything like it. So.... I designed and made five of them for very low cost and they came out great!

Use PETG or ABS as PLA does not do well in prolonged heat or UV. I used PETG for mine.

The riser and the large tube are schedule 40 PVC... got small sections from my local big box hardware store. Enough to make eight of them:
(1) 1/2" x 30"
(2) 3" x 30"

You can make the riser as long as you want. I made mine 3 1/2".
The large tubes, I cut to 5 1/4"...which leaves a tiny gap under the metal can that holds the torch fuel and forces it to ride the upper rim.
They will work friction fit but if you want to glue them together, you will need a special solvent adhesive. I used this:
