4x4 Rubik’s Clock

I've always wanted to solve a 4x4 Rubik's clock because it would be an interesting process. Sengso made a 3 clock and 5 clock that could have been exactly this, but instead of adding layers they added pins/ edges to the frame. (The 3 clock is a triangle and 5 is a pentagon.) This really annoyed me and prompted me to create this.

Update: Added source CAD and STEP files for ease of modification.
