Flow Ratio(filament setting): using a higher flow ratio is helpful ( around 1- 1,20) Layer height: smaller layer height is better. 0,16mm layer height is advised for 0,4mm nozzle. Line width: change all line width settings to 2x of your nozzle size. 0,8mm line width would be fine for 0,4mm nozzle.   if you do all above, you dont need many wall loops, its almost guaranteed to have a watertight print even in vase mode.   May the perfect firstlayer be with you!
