I recently purchased a dust extractor and the vacuum can collapse the 90mil 5 gallon bucket. I have a cyclone to separate the dust into the bucket. The bucket will collapse eventually no matter how careful I am with the hose and usage. I created this internal support to insert into the 5 gallon bucket to keep it from collapsing. I plan to use three of them and since the bucket has a slight taper in the further inside the bucket. I have printed at 100%, 95%, and 90% and these seem to work for the bucket I have. It is recommended to measure the ID of the bucket and if it is above 290mm you will need to scale it I recommend printing three of the for maximum support.The print profile used is 0.4mm nozzle with Bambu ABS using 0.20 Strength profile and some slight modifications in the strength parameters tab.
