The clamp is assembled with two 1/4"-20 x 3/4" hex bolts and two 1/4"-20 wing nuts (as shown in image). I'm currently attaching the clamp to my desk with double sided table along the bottom. Works like a charm :)

Can be fully customized in Fusion360.
