I wanted to create a velocity stack for the 5015 cooling fan and I also wanted the guard to match the design of the guard I am using for my 40mm fan. The guard is slightly raised from the surface of the fan in order to give the fan room to spin without rubbing on the guard. You will just have to leave it in this orientation and print it with supports for the guard.
