Any idea why this doesn't print ?

I've send this thing to a store that prints your files with a replicator 2, but they never made it to the end. Anyone has an idea why ? I'm not sure if I'm supposed to ask this kind of questions here, sorry if I'm doing it wrong. I'm aware that the pen cap's wall is too thin, but the prints doesn't have holes, it stops all together.
