52mm Spindle Original clamp bracket

Got sick of plastic tool mounts so I designed this bracket to attack the Aluminium original bracket to the MPCNC.

Easy access to all screws even when all set up. this is so you can always check for tightness without disassembly.

print the nut test Stl first as I found my nut in the workshop. if they aren't your size send me your dimensions and I'll whip up the correct size.

Needed;

I used a drill press to bore out the aluminium bracket holes with a 10 mm bit(might want to step up in drill size, 8 then 10 mm) to a depth of 5 mm. I don't know how long your screws are so you will need to measure your depth required. don't let these screws go out past the nut as there is very little clearance. the thickness of the plastic where the nuts go is 5 mm, so add 5 mm plus your nut thickness and that's how far your screw should measure past the aluminium bracket.

4 x 35 x 4 mm screws for the tool mount.
