.53 Muzzle Loader Ball Ammo Lead mold

I designed this mold to cast .53 caliber ball rounds for a .54 caliber muzzle loader I recently purchased. This is designed to be 3d printed then cast in aluminum to withstand the temperature of the molten lead. You can cast either 2 bullets or 4 bullets at a time and you'll have to clean your bullet after casting.

This design works good for casting bullets. To hold the molds in place I recommend either lining them up in a jig or a vice. You can line the molds up by inserting 1/8 inch welding rod or drill bits into the pour holes then clamping the vice down and removing the rod.

This is both sides of the mold, to print this it's probably best to delete one side and print one side twice or move one body away from the other.
