This sled was designed for my 54mm Darkstar Junior rocket.
The sled is designed to be used with a Labrat pull-pin switch that aligns exactly halfway in a 7 inch AV bay. It is designed to incorporate an Eggtimer Quantum and an Eggtimer Quark altimeter.
It is designed with M4 threaded rods offset to allow the switch to be exactly halfway to make drilling the switchboard easier. Holes are pre-drilled for 5mm pitch screw terminals to be glued to the endocarp with terminals soldered through the endocarps to make a sealed AV bay.
The Ejection caps are designed to fit 2mL centrifuge tubes for ejection charges. They are secured with M4 hex bolts.
