UPDATED 7/12/19: This is an open source design. Edit it, print it, sell it, modify it however you want. If karma is your concern, please do not tip on Thingiverse as it no longer pays me out correctly and the money gets returned. Please send any tips to http://www.paypal.me/ArthurAnderton

UPDATE 5/19/18: Added Inspired, Frenzied, Raging, Concentration, and Reckless

These are various condition markers for 5th Edition. I left out invisible, prone, and unconscious purposefully since, if you're using minis, you'd probably just lay the mini down or remove it to track those conditions. I added Hunter's Mark, Hexed, Cursed, and Insane for games that may include those.

***I recommend printing at about 1" to fit in a single square but if you have a boss battle you can print larger to fit around bigger minis. Please let me know what you think! If you'd like more custom conditions, I have the template saved and can easily edit the text so just let me know. Tips are greatly appreciated.
