5in Vehicle Light Bracket

These are mounting brackets for 5" light bar lights for vehicles. Most of the bolt holes are for M6 Bolts, the 4 cross brackets are for M3 x 60mm bolts. These are critical as they prevent layers from separating around the two bolts that mount the bracket to the vehicle.

Note, the manufacturing on the housings for some of these lights is poor and the holes might not be where they should be. I've included the .step file so that you can modify as you like.

So far these brackets hold up well to cold and snow. I printed mine using Priline Carbon Fiber Poly Carbonate (it's not really PC, not sure what it is but it works). You absolutely must print these with a high strength, high temp filament.
