#5" Shuriken
The design brief was a small robust X-Frame 3D printed quad. The arms are designed as weak points. While they should hold up well, they will break in a heavy crash (Update: I have crashed mine hard a few times now and the arms are yet to break) without damaging the core of the frame and can easily and quickly be replaced in the field with only a hex key and some fresh zip-ties for the esc and wires. The upper frame protects the electronics.
###Features:
* Only 100g including all fastening hardware
* Arms quickly and easily replaced
* Light but designed to adequately protect expensive electronic components
* Cheap to build at around $10 compared with $100 or more for a store bought CF frame not to mention cost of replacement parts
* Designed for standard and readily available Flight controllers RX, FPV and VTX gear
* True symmetrical X-Frame design
* Ready To Fly weight only 390grams including battery
