made couple of versions and tested. it allows air from the right as the main fan covers the left for better print quality and cooling efficiency. designed to be printed with 0.6mm nozzle tolerance.
V5 is updated and tweaked for clearances. perfect for no support printing 1hr 12min (0.6mm nozzle, 2 wall count, 8% infill 0.18 layer height, PLA)
use the original magnets!
the fan will also pop in as is and no fastening needed,
eliminates gaps and shields the nozzle from main fan. directs air to the print from the left. head duct focuses on the right hand cooling as their isn't one and the main design has a minimal footprint too cool the right hand. as its a hyper printer pushing out parts like crazy fast.
print setting, 3 walls, no supports, 25% infill. advised with pla filament. you may find it to be lighter with petg filament and 2 walls 5% infill. 0.6mm nozzle speed print 60-80min
WARNING! it may bump into the plate handle when purging with orca settings.
