6-axis articulated robotic arm for educational purpose. 0.93 m height and 10.5 Kg weight for Aluminum alloy 1060. Completed parts and assemblies are provided with all mated configurations and real dimensions. 3D printing is recommended as a manufacturing method. Actuators selected for this Robotic Arm are Nema17 Geared Steppers (Required Torque recalculations is recommended). 10 mm tolerance is considered for each stepper due to fixation at joint joint. 2 Timing belt mechanisms are assigned for moving Shoulder and (Biceps &Triceps) but they are gear mated instead of belt mating due to graphics insufficiencies.
