6 bit iFixit precision screwdriver cap

A cap for the iFixit precision screwdriver that can fit 6 bits instead of 3. It features a separate stem to store the bits which fits into the shell.

- Decreases the tolerance between the stem and the shell.
- Increased wall thickness and shell for durability.
- Includes multiple versions with tighter and looser tolerances for the friction ring between
the screwdriver and shell in 0.1mm increments.
- Adds an angle to the bit holder on the stem so bits will hopefully not fall out of the stem.
