6" Delta Bench Grinder Tool Rest

I bought a used bench grinder that didn't have a tool rest. Couldn't find anything online that would work, so I designed this. It's roughly adjustable in 10º increments, but I prioritized a solid connection over variable angle settings. I'd prefer a metal one, but this seems good enough for light use, and far better/safer than freehanding. Only other option would be to make a bench-mounted rest, but I wanted this to be portable.

I had to add a machine screw to the hood of my grinder to mount this. I assume the original came with one, too, since there was already a hole. I opted to JB Weld it into place for one-handed tightening/loosening.

This thing includes left- and right-handed models. They mount together with an M3 screw (I just used the screw to tap the long flat piece, but you could use an actual tap, too). Other settings:

35% infill (extra solid)
4 wall loops
5 top/bottom shell layers
