V2: updated inner diameter a bit to have less play between PTFE to avoid one getting to much twist instead of roll. I wanted to use up my PTFE tube and some small remainders of filemant.cut Ø4 PTFE to length with the fixture (x11/bearing)lay in 5/6 parts in the outer ringlay in the inner ring and align the cutout to feed the other PTFE bearings inFeed in the rest (fine tweezers are a big help)rotate and done!Notes:Only tested with 1 PTFE tube (not sure if you have other supplier if it might be to loose.)For side tolerance you might want to adjust the cutting fixture to narrow or widen the side toleranceNot tested for high load but should work fine for minimal axial loadsIf you want to make another size of bearing, let me know, I'll be happy to assist.
