608 Blind Bearing Puller

If you have to remove any 608 bearing from a tight spot, and you cannot simply push it through from the other side, this tool will help. It generates an even all round pull, and as long as its not too tight, the tool will do the job. (Remember its printed in PLA, so if your bearing is absolutely jammed in it may break the plastic) There are 3 parts that can print on the same plate. I used the .2mm STRENGTH print profile, with auto tree supports (that only generate for one of the parts). If you use my profile, the tree supports are optimised for easier and cleaner removal. The parts have some tight tolerances but print fine on my Bambu P1S. I have included the step and F360 files in case you want to adapt it. The F360 file is parameter driven for the main dimensions. How to use itScrew the pronged part into the hub so it looks like the pic below. Screw it gently all the way down.Gently squeeze the tips of the prongs together and push into the hub of the bearing to be removed. See video
