I created this wall plate and outlet cover box to keep you children and pets safe from electrical shock, it is open on the bottom side(facing the floor) so that it can breathe and you have a place to run your cords. This is part 1 of 2. Part 2 of 2 is labeled Outlet Cover Box Part 2/2.
