Offset Ramps 1.4 + Arduino holder (remix)

Remixed from Pablinho's http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:107068. For 6mm x about 55mm aluminium frame Prusa i3. Just one piece with bottom and one without. This has some offset , it helps if your X motor is moving too close to your Ramps 1.4. Use ABS.
